BOTAN.IA takes its name from botany, the study of how living systems grow, adapt and depend on the environment around them. The .IA stands for Intelligent Assistance.

For more than a decade, I supported executives and leadership teams inside large global companies. Most recently, I worked in the Office of the President and CEO at Qualcomm, with earlier experience at Google through Vaco, Baker Tilly, KPMG and BASF.
That work gave me a close view of how requests, information, approvals and decisions move through organizations, and how much of it depends on someone manually keeping the process moving.
At Google, I also led remote teams across India, Portugal and California, including training and quality assurance. Working across three continents required clear processes, consistent standards and the right checkpoints.
