BOTANIA is an AI and automation company that designs connected intelligent systems for businesses.
We connect tools, automate repetitive work, and build AI agents where the work requires more reasoning, interpretation or coordination.
The goal is to help information move more clearly through the business, reduce unnecessary manual work, and create systems that can evolve as the operation grows.

The name BOTANIA comes from botany, the study of how living things grow.
A business grows in a similar way. More people, more tools and more information create more connections between each part of the operation.

BOTANIA uses AI to read, classify, summarize, generate and interpret information, and builds AI agents when work requires multiple steps, tools or decisions to be coordinated. Agents are given a defined role, access to the tools they need, and clear boundaries for when they can act and when a person should step in.

For more than a decade, I worked in executive support and operations inside large global companies. Most recently, I worked in the Office of the President and CEO at Qualcomm, with earlier experience supporting teams and senior leaders at Google, Baker Tilly, BASF and KPMG.
That work gave me a close view of how requests, information, approvals and decisions move through organizations. I became especially interested in the work that repeatedly depended on someone manually keeping the process moving.
At Google, I also led remote teams across India, Portugal and California, including training and quality assurance. Working across three continents required clear processes, consistent standards and the right checkpoints.
That experience shapes how I approach automation today. Good systems should remove repetitive work while keeping human judgment where it matters.
I founded BOTANIA to bring that approach to established businesses dealing with disconnected tools, manual processes and unnecessary coordination.
